Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used at the time of deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal of the deposited principal may be restricted before the wagering conditions of an active bonus are met.
• The Company reserves the right to put unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests on hold for investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering

Welcome Bonus Terms

Bonus terms of use:

• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are based on your regular play activity. Cashback is credited directly to your account.

Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following behaviours will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed:

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
• Attempting to meet bonus wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
• Exploiting system errors or using any fraudulent strategy.

Fair and Rule-Compliant Play
